View Individual Student Lesson Engagement DataUnder Students in the main menu, click on the student whose data you would like to view. Select Tracking in the submenu to scroll between any mastered, in progress, and archived data cards. Use arrow buttons to scroll horizontally across a row of data cards. Click on a data card to open and view the data details screen. Any standards the activities may be aligned to can be found toward the bottom of the card.

Allow Students to Choose Which Lesson to Play (Self-Select)If you would like your student to independently choose the lessons they play, you can use Vizzle's Self-Select play mode. Here's how: Select the student from the Students drop-down in the main menu. Select Settings from the submenu. Scroll down to the Play Mode section. Click the Self-Select option.

Archive IEP GoalSelect a student from the Students drop-down in the main menu. Select Tracking from the submenu. Click the goal card in the student's tracking screen to go to the goal details. In the goal details screen, click Archive Goal/Obj. You'll then be prompted as to whether you want to archive the associated lessons at the same time.

Allow Student to Exit Lesson PlayYou can customize a student's ability to exit during lesson play. Here's how: Select the student from the Students drop-down in the main menu. Select Settings from the submenu. Navigate to the Interaction Options section. Under the Exit Activity section, click ON to allow the Exit Activity button to display while the student plays an activity.

Personalize Individual Student SettingsSelect a student from the Students drop-down in the main menu. Select Settings from the submenu. Make changes based on the student's individual learning needs and preferences. Settings include: red 'X' prompting for incorrect answers, matching type, maximum answer choices, text-to-speech (inc. rate, pitch, volume, voice, and highlight color), switch/keyboard accessibility, etc. Watch the video below for more details!

Student Login Guide (non-Clever)Here's how you can log in to your Vizzle student account: Go to https://nextgen.govizzle.com/. Enter your student username. Enter your student password. Click Login.

View Individual Student Detailed Report DataClick Students in the main menu and select the student you'd like to view. Click Tracking from the submenu. Click the orange DETAILED REPORT button. Enter the Start Date and End Date. Use Subject, Logged-In User, and/or Goals/Objectives drop-downs to further filter, as desired. Click Submit. Add notes as desired. Export as CSV or PDF report (blue buttons in the details section).

Problem: At the beginning of a student's activity, we get a popup that says Scan.If you encounter a popup with the text Scan, Press Spacebar to Key/Switch to Start Scanning; this means the switch accessibility feature is turned on for the student. The steps for turning this feature off are below. To change the switch accessibility feature, follow these steps: Select the student from the Students drop-down in the main menu. Select Settings from the submenu. Scroll down to the Accessibility Options section.

Printing Student UsernamesSelect Classroom from the main menu. Select Student Management from the submenu. Click the blue Print Roster button. For security reasons, passwords are not printed, but the printed roster provides blanks for you to write in student passwords.

Student Settings for Entire Student RosterTeachers can apply student settings to all students on the roster from just one screen. Please note that changes made are applied to all students on the roster. Select Classroom from the main menu. Select Student Settings from the submenu. Adjust settings as needed. Click Apply button for each change. See the article titled "Personalize Individual Student Settings" for setting individualized student settings.

Student Login Information (Username & Password)See below to learn how to view a student's username. Select the student from the Students drop-down in the main menu. Select Settings from the submenu. Please keep in mind student passwords are not visible in Vizzle due to security settings. If you are unsure of the student password, click here to learn how to change it.

Printable Letter with Instructions for ParentsIf you would like your student to access their Vizzle lessons at home, click the appropriate link below to download an editable letter (in English or Spanish) that gives parents the information they need to access Vizzle NextGen for home use. These are Word documents, so before you print them, you can insert appropriate information (like the student's Username and Password and any special instructions). State IdentifierWhen adding a student to your class roster, Vizzle requires a state identifier. The state identifier should be the unique student state ID that is issued to the student by the school district. This ensures that the student data collected will be accessible across Rethink platforms, regardless of username and/or student name. Example:
