Vizzle activities can be tagged with IEP goals/objectives to enable automatic data collection. This can be done in two ways.
To tag previously assigned activities with IEP goals:
- Select a student from the Students drop-down in the main menu.
- Click on Activities in the submenu.
- Select a subject from the drop-down menu.
- Hover over the selected activity to reveal a hamburger button (three stacked lines), and click the hamburger button to open the activity card.
- At the bottom of the activity card, type a brief description of the goal/objective in the space provided. Multiple tags can be added to one card by clicking “enter” between each tag.
- Vizzle automatically saves the changes to the card.
- NOTE: Multiple activities can be selected and tagged at once by clicking the blue Edit Assignments button below the activities bar. Follow the prompts to update the assignments, including adding the IEP Goals/Objectives tags.
To confirm the tagging:
- Select Tracking in the submenu.
- Filter by Goals/Objectives.
- Click on the tracking card, which will open to reveal all activities tagged to the selected goal/objective.
