Tag New Topics/Activities with IEP Goals/Objectives

To tag topics with IEP goals: 

  1. Once a topic has been selected, click the Assign button.
  2. In the Assign screen, select the level of instruction to be assigned, the student(s) that the activity will be used for IEP goals/objectives tracking, set the dates, and the retake options.
  3. Click the blue Assign button at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Once assigned, a screen appears, confirming that the assignment was sent. 
  5. Below the confirmation is a box titled Add Custom Goals for Enhanced Data Tracking, where space is provided to type the goals/objectives tags.
  6. Type a brief description of the goal/objective in the space provided, and click the blue plus (+) button. Multiple tags can be recorded in the same way.
  7. Click the blue Save & Close button at the bottom of the screen. The tag will be saved to all activities in the topic.

To confirm the tagging:

  1. Select Tracking in the submenu.
  2. Filter by Goals/Objectives.
  3. Click on the tracking card, which will open to reveal all activities tagged to the selected goal/objective.
