Here's how to remove all assigned activitites for a subject area:

1. Select the student from the Students tab
2. Click Activities from the toolbar
3. Select the appropriate subject area from the subject drop-down meny
4. Click the blue Select All button (all activities will highlight orange)
5. Click the red Delete icon 
6. Click OK
