Delete All Lessons for a Subject AreaHere's how to remove all assigned lessons for a subject: Select the student from the Students tab Click Lessons from the toolbar Click the subject drop-down menu and select the subject you'd like to delete lessons Click the blue Select All button (all lessons will highlight orange) Click the red Delete icon Click OK

Edit Lesson Play SequenceSelect the student from the Students tab Click Lessons from the toolbar Select the subject drop-down menu and click on the subject you'd like to set the lesson sequence for Navigate down to the Assignment Calendar Select lesson assignment timeframe (this week, next week, or custom) Drag lessons to reorder lesson sequence Note: lesson sequence will only be adjusted for the date selected.

Email Weekly Assignment CalendarThe email weekly assignment calendar feature is available on the student’s Lessons screen. Once a date range is selected, an email will be sent to the teacher which includes a table of assignments per day/subject. Here's how you can generate an email containing the weekly assignment calendar: From the student's Lessons screen, Click the blue EMAIL ASSIGNMENT CALENDAR button Here's an example of an emailed Assignment Calendar:

Get a Shareable Link for a Vizzle LessonClick the video below to learn how to get a shareable link for a Vizzle lesson. These links can be shared on learning management systems, like Google Classroom, Schoology, and Seesaw. Group InstructionGroup Instruction allows you to store Vizzle lessons and external links for easy access during groups. Lessons can be added from the lesson details screen by clicking the orange + Group Instruction button. Here's a quick video tutorial that explains how this works:

Matching - 2-ClickThere's now a third way your student can select answers in Matching activities: 2-Click. In this method, click/tap the answer card to select it, then click/tap the question to submit the selected answer. This can be turned on in the student's Settings screen, under Interaction Options > Matching Type.

Play Expired Lessons Convenience FeatureIf there are no assignments today, Vizzle will pull that last 10 assigned lessons and make them available to the student to work on. This feature is turned on by deafualt and can be toggled ON/OFF from the student Settings page. Here's how you can toggle this feature ON/OFF: Select the student from your Students tab Click Settings from the toolbar Under Passwords, name, etc., notice Play Expired Lessons Toggle ON/OFF

Reassign Expired or Deleted LessonsTo reassign student lessons that have expired or were deleted: Select the student from the Students tab Click Lessons from the toolbar Select the subject drop-down menu and click on the subject you'd like to view previously assigned or deleted lessons from Click the box next to Previously Assigned (select Additional Filters if you'd like to narrow your search by lesson title or an IEP tag/goal) Click on the lesson or lessons that you'd like to reassign for your student (Vizzle will highlight selected lessons in orange) Click the blue Edit Assignments button

Search, Assign, and Tag Lessons with IEP Goals/ObjectivesUnder Search Library from the main menu, use the search filters from the left to select a subject, grade level (click apply), curriculum topic, level, standards, and any keywords. A level must be selected. Click Search. Preview lessons in your search results by curriculum topic (s) or all lessons to determine lessons you'd like to assign. Click a lesson card to select (Vizzle will highlight selected lessons orange). Click the Assign button.
