How to Clear Your Browser Cache

1 min. readlast update: 02.20.2026

What does clearing your cache mean?

Your browser saves temporary files, called a cache, to help websites load faster. Sometimes those saved files become outdated.

Clearing your cache removes those temporary files so your browser can load a fresh, updated version of Vizzle.

Good news, this will not delete your bookmarks or saved passwords when you follow the steps below.

Choose Your Browser

Select the browser you or your students are using and follow the steps provided.

Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)

Microsoft Edge (Windows or Mac)

Safari on Mac

Safari on iPad

Still having trouble?

If Vizzle still does not load after clearing your cache, please reach out to Support for assistance at support@govizzle.com.
