What does clearing your cache mean?
Your browser saves temporary files, called a cache, to help websites load faster. Sometimes those saved files become outdated.
Clearing your cache removes those temporary files so your browser can load a fresh, updated version of Vizzle.
Good news, this will not delete your bookmarks or saved passwords when you follow the steps below.
Choose Your Browser
Select the browser you or your students are using and follow the steps provided.
Google Chrome (Windows or Mac)
Microsoft Edge (Windows or Mac)
- Clear browsing data steps for Edge
- TIP: Choose Clear browsing data, then reload Vizzle.

- TIP: Choose Clear cookies and cache, but keep your history, then reload Vizzle.
