My computer has a built in microphone. I attempted to record a sentence by reading into my computer, but was unsuccessful. I then plugged in a desktop microphone and configured it to my computer. Still, when I try to record my voice, a message appears saying: No audio was recorded. This usually means that there was a problem with the microphone or that the recording was too short to be registered by the server"

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Often with analog microphones the Flash settings need to be adjusted to increase the mic gain. Here's how to do that:
-Log in to VizZle Web.
-While in the browser, right-click anywhere on the screen. In the popup, click Settings.
-An Adobe Flash Player Settings popup should display. Click the tab with the microphone icon.
-Adjust the Record Volume slider so it is all the way to the right. As you speak into your mic you should see the input indicator level move.
Once you've configured your mic gain you should be able to record your voice in VizZle. I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance.
